“I had originally left a low star review because my jug lid wouldn't close with the straw in. I'm a nurse and having an open water bottle on the floor is not ideal (spills and such). Hydrojug got back to me and told me to push down firmly on the centerdivot of the lid and it should snap close even with the straw in. Well now it's a 5 stars because IT WORKS. It's so much easier to drink from this giant and awesome water bottle now!!! Thank you!!!!”
