“Placed my order November 29th for this item and a few other items, on December 7th I received email saying my order had shipped. Waited a few days and seen no tracking number or movement with my itemsorder that I had paid for (Paid for Expedited Shipping 9.95 extra) so I wanted to follow up. Upon my email contacting Hydrojug I received a reply stating I had purchased Route package protection which I confirmed and was told they would handle my issue... 30 mins later I get a reply from Route stating my package is not covered so that was a total waste. (Save the .98 cents!) Reached back out to the Hydrojug company a few times and have gotten zero replies or had anyone offer to help in any way knowing they have had my order and my payment since November 29th... Were all busy and I own a small business as well but there is just no excuse for poor customer service I have received. All things are a little off with Covid-19 and the holidays but 2 weeks to ship a item and then passing blame to Route company instead of offering or trying to help the customer! I will no longer do business or recommend anyone to shop with Hydrojug company. Stay safe everyone and have a Merry Christmas maybe you have or will receive your items from them if you still choose to order...”
