“You have to use your handfingers to push down on the tip of the straw in order to close the lid. This contaminates the straw as that is where you put your mouth. It's definitely a poor design because of that. I can't even use my straw because my hands aren't always freshly washed every time I want to take a sip.”

I tried many different ways; adding ice to the top (which makes it sweat heavily even with the sleeve), adding ice and water and keeping it in the fridge overnight. Nothing worked. The HydroJug is the worst purchase I've ever made. The straw was the only piece that did its job.”
