“Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I have experienced. I am a 1st-time customer. I received an email stating that I would get a free straw with my purchase (the code expires in 3 days). Because the Black Friday sale codes are not working the Black Friday sale doesn't end within 3 days so there's no way I could get the free straw. I tried to contact customer service. I was told the email was sent in error and that I wouldn't be able to get a free straw. Asked for an exception considering it's an error on the company's behalf. No can do. Really upset and disappointed.”
