“I like the straw for the hydro jug, but the white lip part is not attached to the straw itself. I understand it coming off for cleaning purposes, but I've lost 2 of them now. The jug itself doesn't fit in any cup holder so when I turn my car it goes on it's side and the white lip thing falls off. Keeping it closed when traveling would make sense but I can't open the jug one handed most times. And that makes driving and trying to drink with it unsafe. Please fix this design flaw.”

“Shipping was fairly fast, and the access to the straw upon removing it from the packaging was easy. I loved the fact how every straw I've ordered with all four HydroJugs come already put together, as it takes away any confusion as to how to put the straw together. With that being said, I loved how you can take the straw apart for easy cleaning. The Hydro Straw helps for drinking water thoroughly, as before I would have to tip the jug to drink all of the water.
