The straw makes it so much easier to drink from the jug, especially when it's full, because I don't have to try to turn or lift it very far to take a sip. Having the flexible end on the straw so that it pushes down into the jug when you close the lid is genius! It's such a simple concept, but I've never seen another product like it.
