“The straw is okay. I love the idea of it but I find that the top of it (the part you suck through) doesn't stay on very well. It has popped off a few times and I have to stick my finger down in the hole of the top of the lid to find the straw part so I can put it back together. I wish the top of the straw didn't come off.”
“I was really enjoying the straw and it makes me drink way more water! Unfortunately, one night I was washing the white cap of the straw and dropped it and it cracked and broke off a little piece! I checked the warranty and it doesn't cover falls, so that's unfortunate :(”
