“it comes apart from the "topper" they provided that I think is supposed to keep it out of the jug Also, I saw someone say we're supposed to be able to shut it in the jug but I cannot. maybe my straw is the fluke but it doesn't work for me so I don't use it.”
“I like the straw, I would like it to be a little longer. I don't like how it falls into the jug even though it has that edge to hold it up. If it was a little linger it wouldn't be a problem. Just my opinion. Still love the jug though!”
