“I previously posted a 2 star review regarding the fact that the straw wasn't fitting in the mouth piece well and causing that air sucking problem when a straw is broken or whatever and they immediately emailed me and are sending out a new straw. Thank you so much!”
“The straw is not working and it does not allow liquid flow through it so I cannot use the white tip. It also makes loud noise when I attempt to use it.”
“I hate the straw so so so much! I can't use it without also getting a ton of air too! I turned it upside down and it seems to work okay but it annoying that I can't use it the way it was intended.”
“The straw fits in nicely and bends at the bottom so you can close the plug on the top of the jug. However, air comes in the top of the straw when you duck on it and makes it hard to get a good drink. Not real good planning”
