“If I could give zero starts then I would. The straw makes an odd sound when drinking from it. The seal from the removable tip and straw do not fit properly. I remove it every time to take a drink when using it. Gets annoying, totally useless.”
“Other than the top breaking off on the 2nd day - my family member loves it & has a few others as well.
Requesting a whole new top - as the top broke the 2nd day after I gave it as a gift for Christmas - so disappointing!
Nothing but a new replacement top please!

“I love drinking out of straws so I was quick to order this. The straw is terrible. It basically seems like there is a hole in the straw. You never get a normal straw flow. I no longer use the straw because of how absolutely terrible it is.”
“I like the bottle itself, it's just frustrating when the seal constantly comes out. I've watched a few YouTube videos to help fix this problem and nothing works. I understand it's for cleaning purposes but when it comes off every single time it's annoying. Also the straw.... why The white piece on top does not stay connected and constantly falls off no matter how tightly you have it on. Don't waste on the straw, it's easy to pick up.”
