“I ordered several straw packages to go with my new hydrojug traveler and the 2 I purchased as gifts. However when they arrived I opened one and realized they aren't meant for the traveler and now I'm trying to get in contact with support to return them.
I'm sure they work great but it was a recommended accessory and then didn't go with my purchase.”
“My wife had just gotten a large travel hydrojug but the straw kept slipping out. I tried to find a replacement straw and thought I had with the neon. I tried to contact a hydrojug agent for advice regarding fit but found no phone # and no email for days. Since my wife's birthday was coming up in a couple of days I went ahead, took a chance and bought it. It does not fit. Had I gotten a more timely response to the request for information, would not have bought it.”
“I ordered a mystery item as well as a 32oz tumbler. I expected my mystery item to be something I could use with the tumbler I ordered or something that could be used on its own but instead I got something for a cup I didn’t buy and don’t own. Kind of a rip off if you ask me. Not satisfied with this.”
