“Once received, happy with the product. Would be 5 stars if received more timely. Customer service was responsive. Ordered in November. Received email that item would be delays and they sent me a free item. They shipped the item, but it said Football dad instead of softball dad. I was able to keep it at no cost and gave it to a friend. Then finally we got the correct product, just took about 3 months!”
