“I absolutely loved the design and couldn’t wait to get it, however my handle is defective and loose. I tried to tighten the screws but the handle is still loose. After filing a claim, they did offer me a new hydrojug of my choice on in stock colors but unfortunately the strawberry is sold out. :(”
