“The color is super cute and I was so excited about this cup, unfortunately I have had this cup one week and have not dropped it or anything and there is an unbelievable amount of scratches on it. I have had many different brand of cups and have never had an issue with this any scratches from just putting it in the cup holder of my car.”
“The only reason I’m giving 1 less star is the material on the outside of the lid is rubbing off. It looks like it’s pilling. They already replaced one lid and it’s doing it again. I’ve washed with normal instructions. Please consider changing the material on the lid.”
