“Very disappointed!! I love the style of the cup and was excited to try this brand as I have many others! Love love, loved the color when it first came in the mail. I have used it two days out in the sun, sitting by my pool and it is faded to a completely Different color! So disappointed I have contacted customer service and basically they were not going to do anything for me at all except for asking me to return the product! I want the product because I really like the style, but I want it to stay the same color as it was the day I received it in the mail. I have never had this trouble with other brands of cups… My daughter has had problems with her Hydro flask, fading awful in the sun, but she lives in Florida and had used it for months and months… we live in OHIO and This was two days in the sun and it’s a completely different color. :(”
“I love the color although wish is was more vibrant purple. Disappointed because the paint is already chipped at the top where lid screws on for the money paid I would expect better. Maybe you can send me a new one”
