“I loved the cup and the design but when it came to the delivery I never received it. I reached out to hydro jug and they just refunded me my money instead of trying to get my order to me. By time I got through to hydro jug the cup was already out of stock and they couldn’t reshoot my order back to me. Bad experience all around and was really hoping to get the limited edition cup.”
