“Love the cup and super happy that it’s leak proof. The only REALLY frustrating thing is that the lid portion is so hard to grip when trying to open. There has been 5 separate times since I purchase the cup less than 3 weeks ago where I literally couldn’t open it because there is so little to grip when opening. I just wish they made the lid a bid bigger so it’s easier to grip and open.”
