“Never felt drawn to purchasing a hydrojug until I saw this pattern. It arrived, I gently washed it and I began using it. I’m very gentle with my water bottles because once they’re dented or damaged I don’t like using them! Well unfortunately 6 days into using this mug, the checkers are already chipping. I’ve already contacted customer service and haven’t received a response.”
