“I’ve been a loyal HydroJug customer and own two other cups that I absolutely love, they screw on perfectly and are super functional for both left- and right-handed use. Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with my newest cup. The lid doesn’t screw on correctly like my other two; the grooves seem slightly off. Because of this, the straw doesn’t face me when I’m holding the cup left-handed, which makes it inconvenient and not as easy to drink from. One of the things I’ve always appreciated about HydroJug is the universal design, but this cup just doesn’t work the way it should.”
