“I love the color and size of my hydro jug. I also love the materials use to create the jug. My only issue is trying to open the jug. When I received my package I was excited to open the package and start using my jug (after washing the jug of course). When I tried to open the lid I had a very difficult time. My boyfriend couln't open the lid as well. After some research, a few customers recommended to put their jug in the freezer for a few minutes. After 10 minutes in the freezer I was able to open the lid. At times I still have some difficulty opening the lid, so I have to lift up the straw to get support when turning the lid open. Other than that, my Hydro Jug has been a big help in getting my daily water intake and also easliy fits in most cup holders.”
