“I love my new hydro jug but one perk I was excited for was it being well insulated like my other bottles. I unfortunately haven’t found that to be the case with this water bottle. I’m lucky if my ice stays unmelted for 2-4 hours and this isn’t even in a super warm climate. I’m wondering if something is wrong with mine?”
