“I purchased Spellbound minutes after it went live on 9/13. Excited to have been able to snag a cup before it sold out. Unfortunately, I received my order days after the estimated delivery date. Which it’s the mail so I get it don't ever rely on the expected date and tracking was never accurate. The cup was Received on 10/4 only to have a cracked lid. I sent pictures to customer service hoping to get a replacement lid, but in return I received a plain lid and not the lid that matches Spellbound. A little irritated at this point because my cup is still boxed up and I’m waiting on a response from customer service.”
