“I ordered this cup with such high hopes on the day it dropped. Online and in pictures it looks like a very bright brown and black tortoise color, however in person is actually very dark. It actually looks more black very small hints of brown. Not what I expected at all. You really can’t tell that it’s tortoise until you get close to it so that was the first concern and disappointment. I had the second concern I have is it’s been leaking since the day I started using it and then you can’t return it unless it’s unused, but how was I supposed to know that it was gonna leak prior to using it so all this to say no more Hydrojug drops for me please wait until you see them in person maybe in stores do not order them ahead of time online. Hope this helps someone.”
“Was very excited about this print. I do love it but was a little disappointed with the quality of this cup. There are lots of hard raised areas (maybe air bubbles?) as well as areas at the top with exposed steel and missing tortoise. It is still beautiful and keeps cold very well.”
“Straight out of the box and this colorway has wear on the shiny coating of the cup and well as scratches. This color sold out in 2 min and I was excited to get it and now that I have it I’m really disappointed in the quality.”
