“The cups are great but it is disappointing that the company knows that the current lid / straw system is impossible to break down and clean yet they’re still putting them on the cups and offering the removable straw lid system as a separate purchase. The removable straw lid should now be standard on all cups - not something that has to be an additional purchase.”
