“It’s a straw. Pretty hard to mess that up, isn’t it? Except if you assume the straw comes WITH the lid. Then you would be wrong. It took me a couple of months to get this straw after I was sent a travel hydrojug without a lid and straw. Learn from me….be VERY specific with the customer service people. A picture is not worth a thousand words in this case….you need to send a picture and an itemized list of what you have not received. And don’t expect an apology or any extras to make it right. I literally got just a straw in the mail.”
