“Cup is beautiful and the smaller size I wanted. It did arrive with scratches down one side on the tan and flowers which takes away from it being as pretty and new. Didn't want to pay for scratches.”

“This actually only applies to the 40oz not the smaller bottle (yet) but the website says I have to post reviews of both products. Another sad flaw from a company that I really liked. I loved this tumbler when I first got it. Love the color and the design. But now I can't get it to open. This is so disappointing that a product can completely fail just when the top gets too tough to open. I read tips about freezing it, opening or closing the straw lid, running hot water. None of them work and besides the point, it is a serious design flaw when your Google search "how to open stuck hydrojug" comes up with so many results.”
