“I absolutely love the orchid, but I also ordered the peri at the same time and still have not received it and it’s been a month. Hydrojug has not sent updates or anything for me to know what’s going on. You can’t call and speak to someone because then number given does not work. I’ve emailed and ithey said could be a couple of business days for a response. I’ve already waited a month. Even tho I love these tumblers, it’s things like this that will make me never buy one again and also spread the free advertisement for hydrojug and the hoops I’ve had to jump through to try to get this resolved.”
