“This would have gotten 5 stars but upon receiving product one of the words was misspelled. I submitted an issue to customer service and they were able to send me a new one with the all the word spelled correctly. Plus, they said I was able to keep the other hydro jug that had misspelled word on the customization. The customer service was quick, responsive, and understanding.”
