“Wrong custom text. I've ordered before. And asked for support with previous custom text. No help. Wrong text sent. Very disappointed- I love love love these cups. But I'm thinking twice using them for my company marketing now - as the custom etch is incorrect and there wasn't willingness to assist with my 3 orders.”
