“The text that was etched on the bottle is stretched vertically and looks terrible compared to the example that I chose when I ordered it. Very unhappy with the custom text. I would have chosen a different font if I new it would be stretched like that, the script looks bad and makes the bottle look cheap.”
“I wasn’t aware that the custom text only comes in one color. I ordered a “midnight” hydro jug with my daughter’s name as a teacher gift for her. You can’t see the custom text at all unless you angle it just right under a bright light because the text was only available in a dark grey - which doesn’t show up on dark blue”
