I needed delivery at a later date and within a specific delivery window. Adam, of Icon was very helpful, answering questions, and providing assurance our needs would be met. He promptly recalled calls and messages. He did not overpromise. So we had basic furnishings for a new apartment within days of arrival and could not be more pleased. The furniture has crisp clean lines, and will outlive me by decades. If you've found Icon by Design, reward yourself - you will be so far beyond and above IKEA or similar cheaply built quickly deteriorating goods - The simple classic lines and solid construction will last a lifetime and still have value.”
“We originally ordered the Olivia Three Seater sofa, however did not factor in the length of it and whether that would fit through our narrow hallway. When we were unable to get it inside the team at Icon by Design quickly and seamlessly organised for it to be exchanged for the two-seater with a credit note for the remaining balance. Despite it being our error the Icon by Design team very happily exchanged it at no extra cost. Plus the couch is super comfortable and looks beautiful!”
