“Web site was very easy to navigate. In store experience excellent, staff went out of their way to inform me about product range and choices re prices and delivery. I needed a table and chairs in time for my 60th birthday and was able to get on line prices due to the timing of the shipment. The furniture arrived very promptly. Two more chairs are expected to arrive early December. I was very happy with how the delivery process was explained and carried out. The packaging of all the items was excellent to ensure no damage. The quality and the finish of the furniture is excellent and we have received lots of comments from friends about our new table and chairs. The only thing I am now waiting for is the care package, which was out of stock when I was in the store.”
“I would have given 5 stars for or experience with Icon By Design, but we were let down by a delayed delivery . That's not so bad in itself, however we had to call IBD and chase it up, who were unaware that the product was still sitting somewhere on a shelf. You'd think a better tracking system would be utilised that would alert them that the delivery had not taken place, and they check up on it. The table itself is very nice and the staff were always friendly to deal with.”
