“I had a complicated order and a mistake was made when initially processing it. Anthony went out of his way to create a positive customer experience, he remained focused on the customer getting what they had intended to buy, and all while keeping an eye on what was good for Icons stock management. It's not easy to turn a mistake customer into a promoter but it's certainly my experience. I am and will continue to promote Icon to all my friends and family. Great job.”
