We are committed to designing and crafting easy living furniture that brings calm into your world. “I was looking everywhere for a mid-century modern-looking dining table. I couldn't find anything. IconByDesign popped up on my Facebook feed and I LOVED the look of this set. Beautiful clean lines. And it's so well made. The hidden leave is great, no need to store it anywhere. I was worried it wouldn't be comfortable to sit on and I was wrong. It is very comfortable. The only reason I purchased this set is that they have all 5-star reviews and they deserve it.”

“We received our Olivia chairs today and they are absolutely beautiful. And so very comfortable!! The lighting isn't great because of the time of day here (and our overhead lighting is awful) but I couldn't wait to take a picture. Thank you so much for helping us pick the right chairs, they're exactly what we were looking for! Jennifer”

“The most terrible service I have ever experienced. Ordered our tables in April of 25 and have not received them(12/25). Their excuse was that they switched suppliers and had to redo the contract. Could have informed me and given me the option to cancel the order”

“We've received our icon by design Hall table and assembled it. The timber is beautiful, just what we wanted, and it is very sturdy and quite heavy, as you'd expect for solid timber. So glad we found this company!!”

“Do not trust descriptions on their website! They are saying furniture is high quality and will last a lifetime. We bought table and six chairs. After two years chairs are falling apart. Cheaply made . What happened is that parts of the chairs are glued together,there’s no screws. Over time glue loosens up. We paid so much money thinking we are getting good quality . Unfortunately,that was not a case . We should pay attention,before buying,how long is warranty,and it’s only one year. That will tell you all . IKEA furniture last longer . I do not recommend this company!”

“We love our new IconByDesign table and chairs! Sturdy, beautiful finish and gorgeous design. Customer service was phenomenal, they sent additional pics to help us decide which chairs and were very responsive. Fast shipping too. We can’t wait until they make the barstools in walnut 😊”

“Bought the Olivia dining chairs. Beautiful wood finish and construction. Unfortunately the foam density is too low so not supportive enough, I bottom out on wood beneath. At least for 180lb person.”

“After much searching of dining tables and chairs, I found THE right place. Our new IconByDesign solid oak dining set is everything I was hoping to find. It's thoughtfully designed, solidly built, and stunning to look at. Plus, since we didn't have a large space, I was grateful they made a table at 63" length. The chairs are very comfortable and lightweight for moving around. So happy I found IconByDesign!”

“Hello all - I would like to share my experience that I have had with IconByDesign with all of you searching for your “lifetime furniture”. For some background, I recently sold my house in San Diego and moved back east down the shore. During this transaction, I needed to refurnish my new home at the beach to match the style of my newly renovated home. I searched aggressively for the furniture that “WOWED” me here with no success, after months of searching in NYC and New Jersey for furniture I decided to google search for exactly what I wanted which was mid century oak furniture. At the top of my search I identified IconByDesign. I called and the phone was answered immediately with Adam on the other end, such a lovely person with such passion for the furniture and the company. We scheduled a video tour. Adam did a face time call with me to show me around this huge beautiful warehouse filled with decorated themes of their furniture, just lovely, so elegant. I knew immediately that this was it, it was the WOW factor! I wanted a new dining room set to begin furnishing my home. I scheduled another tour via facetime with Adam who was always available and able to take my call and request. He even sat on the chair for me so that I could see the comfort of it for a person his size. Long story short, I purchased the Nestor chairs and the Magnus table with the bench and Magnus sideboard, simply lovely! My delivery was scheduled while I was away in France and Adam told me that the delivery company would work around my schedule, amazing and no charge for shipping or sales tax! I returned home and received my delivery. This furniture is exactly what I was looking for, the quality, the design and materials are just beautiful, this is my lifetime dining room set. One of the chairs arrived with a small tear in the leather. Adam, who I discovered is the owner worked tirelessly to make this right for me, unbelievable how kind and considerate he was during the process, he went to great lengths to please me. I will be a return customer in 2025 to purchase office furniture. I would love my entire home to have this quality of furniture and unique design. Well done IconByDesign! Thank you, Jayne Sacco”

“We spent many months searching for the right table for our Mid-Century modern Eichler. I found IconByDesign and liked the look of the tables and chairs. I also asked my friend, who is a professor of product design what he thought of the dining set. He loved both the design and quality. We visited the LA showroom in October and purchased them. They are a perfect compliment to our home.”

“We waited a bit for this table but are so happy we did! The quality is exceptional - handmade and solid wood. I love the way the extension pops down in for storage. No trekking to the basement to store a table leaf until Christmas. The style is timeless. I have eclectic taste so didn't want anything too trendy. We couldn't find any other dining room tables of solid wood and handmade at this price. Look at the photos, it's beautiful.”

“I bought these chairs to use with a Charles Webb table- MCM designer and furniture maker based in Cambridge Mass. They replaced old and well-catted chairs. The Icon By Design chairs look great with the table AND with the William Morris wallpaper in the dining room. They seem sturdy enough for 300 lb+ friends.”

“I researched this company after viewing on Instagram and read your whole family story background and thought well hey I’ll take a chance and it looks like they have exactly what I’m looking for online but that wasn’t so! I am really disappointed that you will not replace or refund This table as I have no use for it. It does not match my other furniture like the pictures on your advertising suggest. I do not see another picture anywhere with the woodgrain that you sent me. I thought this was a reputable company and now I’m stuck with a $5000 purchase That I have no use for. Expect to hear more from me.”

“We got the AXEL dining table with MAGNUS dining chairs and 63" bench. This combo looks FANTASTIC! The wood appears to be good quality and I love the design of the table top. The dining table has a simple, but elegant look. Delivery was within a week of the order. Very pleased with our purchase.”

“Love it!! Very pleased with IconByDesign. I was looking for a well made solid wood table set that would fit in a smaller dining room. I chose the oak Magnus 63” table, bench, and two Nestor green upholstered chairs. The quality is exceptional and the solid wood is very sturdy. The wood grain is beautiful and is as smooth as butter. The company is very knowledgable and helpful when ordering. Delivery was a snap! I would definitely order additional products from this company.”
