We are committed to designing and crafting easy living furniture that brings calm into your world. “Love Love the table. Great quality and looks great.Please do not advertise white glove delivery. I had to assemble the table. I envisioned the assembled table being delivered.”

“I really like my new chairs and they are super comfortable. The service at the showroom was great. Also, I think they need a specific job of someone doing quality control, with a good eye. I'm putting oil on the areas that didn't get hit by the light verathane the rest of the chairs seem to have. Some bits at the bottom of the legs were rough/dry/littls splintery and had no coating, near where the chair meets the back, some are requiring sanding and again, a lot of oil. Overall, this is easy for me to do. But I should absolutely not be doing this with brand new chairs.They look beautiful with my table and I love the design. Quality control with a discerning eye is needed by the company”

“I love the design. The style is great. My only concern is that the fabric is already pilling after 3 weeks of use. I don’t see the covers lasting a long time.”

“Love the chairs! Five out of five minus the extended shipping time. The table is also good looking, well designed-but is cracked and the worst part.. it was missing the nuts in the hardware and strangely Home Depot was also out of them. So really an extra hour to find them.”

“The furniture is nicely designed and seems sturdy. I have been frustrated with my customer service experience though. Part of my shelving unit arrived broken and customer service initially said they didn’t see what the problem was even though the whole shelf was split into two pieces! A replacement piece was shipped but has to go through a special delivery company that has pushed back my delivery. It has been nearly a month since I ordered and over two weeks since I reported the problem and I still don’t have a fully functional item. I wish they had been able to mail the shelf directly to me as I would’ve happily installed it myself to save some time.”

“After the furniture arrived at the final mile hub, my experience was that communication/service broke down - 10 days after arriving at the final mile I had to reach out at least twice to schedule delivery - the first delivery failed and no one kept me informed - their software was problematic. I had to call/message/email multiple times to get the furniture delivered. I thought I had been duped. Finally got hold of a driver who successfully delivered my furniture. Unhappy experience, but satisfied with the furniture and would like to order more.”

“I would give an overall 4.5 stars. I ordered an extendable table, 4 chairs and a bench. It came a month earlier than expected, which is not bad, but did not have the room ready yet. When I received the shipment, one chair was missing. They remedied the issue fairly quickly and with ease. I would give 5+ stars on customer service. The delivery experience was also 5 stars, they make it easy to schedule your delivery time and bring it right into your home. They offered to unpack as well, but I declined knowing my husband would want to put it together. For some reason I thought the furniture was made in Australia, but it is designed there and made in China. The quality of furniture is 4 stars. Two chairs, where the wood layers have been pressed together are slightly rough to the touch. With time this may need to be sanded so not to snag clothing. The cushions could use a little more plushness. Lastly the finish is thin and will likely need updating if your table sees a lot of traffic in a handful of years. Overall, for the price and service I would give 4.5 stars.”

“the Magnus dining table with extension finally arrived and looks beautiful! It did take 6 months, but the delay was not the company's fault, and we were kept updated about the order status. The legs were easy to attach, but the extension did not fit at first because the pins did not align properly with the holes - I had to loosen and widen the holes a little. Otherwise, it was well-packaged and no damage, and we look forward to many happy meals!”

“Great customer service. Even though the supply chain issues were out of their control, they were very kind and took measures to help offset the extensive delays to my delivery. Very responsive team and great chairs. I deducted 1 star because I am not satisfied with the extension dining table as already communicated to them.”

“We received 6 Magnus dining chairs. The fabric and The color of the material is beautiful and we love the style of the chair. The wood is very attractive and is solid oak. The seat is very comfortable, also. Only two issues, with our order. One chair came with a crack, but the company is replacing it very soon. The other issue, is that on the top of the chair, there seems to be a design of a cross. The delivery from Metropolitan went very smooth and the driver was very courteous and helpful.”
