“Bought the Olivia dining chairs. Beautiful wood finish and construction. Unfortunately the foam density is too low so not supportive enough, I bottom out on wood beneath. At least for 180lb person.”

“Furniture (bed and nightstand) are high quality. Sleek and minimalist - what I was seeking. Delivery company selected by IconByDesign no so much. Very poor customer service with difficulty trying to determine delivery and delivery date. I would rate product 5 stars but because of delivery issues the overall score drops to 3 stars - and I am being generous.”

“I received my Olivia extension table today. The table itself is beautiful and well built. However, the extension leaf was not packaged well. It was GLUED into its carry bag and when taken out, it has glue and fabric stuck onto it. I tried to remove it but it DOES NOT come off. This makes the extension leaf looks moldy. I have reached out to the company but has not heard back.”

“The table was delivered quite nicely and the delivery men were very accommodating. The customer service was fine and they responded fast through email. The delivery time was a bit slow.”

“Overall OK. The initial delivery was about 3 weeks after the purchase date, which was way longer than I anticipated. Some of that is just the delivery company itself, but when compared to ordering from a chain that has more infrastructure in place or a local store it's something to keep in mind. The first table I ordered arrived cracked and it's hard to know if that's IconByDesigns fault or the delivery company's. I wanted to cancel the order at that point and get a refund, but apparently, they will only send another when a product is damaged in shipping. They sent another table to replace which took another ~1.5 weeks and that one arrived dusty and with some minor scratches (not enough to cause me to refuse delivery) and that makes me think that the products aren't well packaged and/or that their warehouse care isn't very good.”

“I bought a dining chairs to check the quality but I’m so upset that after a long wait of delivery I received a damaged chair , broken legs, I called the icon furniture, and waiting again for the next delivery, they never response to me when will it be.”

“The piece is well made. Customer service is great. I wish there were more fabric options. i find the couch a bit firm and uncomfortable. Maybe it will loosen up with age.”

“First the good: there is no doubt about the high quality of the materials used by Icon be Design. The Magnus chairs we have with black leather are absolutely gorgeous and ergonomically designed to be quite comfortable despite the hard back. We also appreciate the customer service in how they dealt with the supply chain issues that delayed our delivery by months. The bad is that we are very unhappy with our extension dining table and they are unwilling to do anything about it. While we have complained about the placement of the legs when the table is extended and how that interferes with additional people being able to sit at the table (our previous extension tables had the legs move out with the extension while this one has the legs stay in one place). I communicated this to the company and they were unwilling or unable to address this because I no longer have the packaging. We didn’t use the table while we were awaiting their response, but now have and have discovered a bigger issue— the pitch of the table when extended. The table pitches downwards toward the diner and causes all our sauces to roll down the plate toward the diner. It makes our dinners look terrible because the sauces mix together in a sloppy way. Either we have a defective table or this is another flaw in their extension table design. Highly recommend the chairs but I have no reason to recommend their extension tables.”
