“Your furniture is misrepresented. When I called your showroom, I was told that the furniture was designed and made in Australia. Your furniture is made in China. I could have bought the exact same table and chairs from Wayfair etc. for 1/2 the price. Many of the holes that the screws went in were crooked or non-exsistent. Your return policy is unacceptable also. You want to refund me 1/2 the cost of the table and chairs.”

“While we are generally happy with the table we purchased, the experience of purchasing and receiving the table was so poor that we will not be purchasing from this company again. Our first scheduled delivery was a no show with no explanation, no apology, and no resolution. The subsequent communication to schedule a new delivery was rude, slow, and added insult to injury. I don't feel that any adequate compensation was offered and it did not feel like IconByDesign did anything to adequately rectify the situation or take any responsibility. The whole process was just completely ridiculous.”

“I ordered the Magnus extension table in September of 2021. I have yet to receive it. First were shipping delays caused by the global pandemic, and the companies estimates were far from accurate. Then the table finally arrived in the US and was to be delivered this week, but once again delayed because of a “rare” issue that it did not pass quality control because of damage during transport. I really hope the quality of the table is worth the headache it’s been to receive it!”
