I’m sure the lamp will be stunning, when I eventually receive the base to it. A week after ordering, and 4 days after receiving the lamp, I still don’t know (and neither do Iconic Lights) when I will receive the base?!? I’m baffled as to why you would need to send a lamp out in 2 separate boxes? The customer service team were not massively helpful, 2 phone calls and still none the wiser. This was my first purchase and unfortunately my last.

Just went to assemble my new lamp only to find that we seem to be missing the poles and cables. We only have a shade and a base which look nice but definitely not what we ordered/expected.

I was slightly disappointed in this lamp as my husband had to find another washer to attach the pole to the stand as the one supplied disintergrated when putting it together. Overtightening was not the problem just the weight. But once that problem was solved I love it!

Just went to assemble my new lamp which i ordered a while ago for my new property only to find that i seem to be missing the poles so i am left with just a shade and base which look nice but definitely not what i ordered.
