“I ordered on a Monday at 4.30 pm paid extra to have a delivery the next day Tuesday. Waited in all day no lantern arrived. Waited in all the next day Wednesday still no lantern came. Rang the company to find out what had happened. Waited in on Thursday until lunchtime then rang up and cancelled the order. Lantern eventually turned up on Thursday afternoon with no warning of time so I returned the item having ordered from another company after being messed around all week. Very disappointing service.”

“The globe itself is fine but the small metal hook at the top of the frame just snapped off when putting the globe up. I did ring to report this and was told that I would get a callback but it did not happen. Disappointing for first order!!! Pat Crowe”
