“The product was excellent but very poor customer service. I ordered the lamp online but due to their website was unable to order the bulbs offered. First thing next morning I rang and explained the bulb situation but was told I could order the bulbs but would have to pay the postage again. Not my fault there was something wrong with their website. I was told I could not add to my order of the previous evening. Not good customer service.”
“Its great. Many other models have a very unsteady vertical arm that wobbles about after a while, but this lamp is rock steady. Also the electrical wiring is neater and more efficient, and I like having a single 2 way switch for both lamps, which avoids confuion when you only want to turn on 1 lamp or switch from 1 to the other.”
