“The light arrived with broken crystals and damaged fixings. I contacted customer services who asked me to upload photos of the damage which I did, an exchange was arranged with a courier, who was going to collect the damaged fitting and deliver another, they never turned up even though I waited in all day, I was told I wasn’t in when the courier called!!!! Apparently someone with a completely different name signed to that effect! I asked for a refund, then was given a link for a pre-paid label and could not open the links, so now I have a broken light fitting, paid for bulbs to go with it, had to cancel our electrician, and am out of pocket!!! I buy a lot of items on line from other companies and have NEVER had so much trouble returning an item that was not fit for purpose!!! I will never use this company again!”
