“If you are looking for a pretty but useless ornament for your home then buy, if you are looking for a light fitting then stay away!!!!!!!!!! Not fit for purpose. 8 bulb fittings yet minimal light comes out - the whole unit together comes out with brightness as strong as our iPhone torches.
You obviously cant tell until having wired in the fitting......but now we cannot return as Iconic Lights doesn't let you return even though it won't get used :( absolute waste of money, incredibly disappointed”

“The light itself is beautiful but it was missing screws that are used for adjusting the height. I would’ve given 5 star if the company had responded to me in time. I have sent an email beginning of last week asking for these screws and no one has responded yet, although the email confirmation said someone will be in touch within 24 hours. Once I have the screws and the lights are up it might change my review but currently my review stays poor.”
