“The fan is very good and with reversible motor convenient for all seasons.
The red indicator light does not work however despite my electrician testing all connections. On the basis that it only indicates the unit is on and ours is located in the bedroom we feel there is little need for the indicator anyway.
The delivery by courier needed review as to the timing as it was being delivered to an office location for ease, but this was excellently handled by your staff and in fact was delivered within half an hour of the call being made, even though it was not next day delivery as ordered.
We will certainly recommend Iconic for a good selection of equipment and excellent customer service overall.”
