“The quality of the shade itself wasn’t great. It had marks on and it was frayed however the customer service were amazing and sent out a replacement shade very quickly. Unfortunately the replacement wasn’t of the best quality so I’m awaiting my refund. I can’t complain at the service just unfortunate that the quality wasn’t the best. This will not deter me from buying from iconic lights again”
