“The lamp was described as a switched lamp (rocker switch. Turned out to be a touch activated lamp which was exactly what we did not require. There were other issues which I will not comment on as the seller did respond very quickly to our communications and we did eventually get a full refund.
However I will mention the patronising comment made by a staff member stating "as a goodwill gesture". Not appreciated and will not be ordering from this company in the future.”
