“Ordered this lamp on next day delivery which didn't happen. Rang and apology given and promised a refund and told should have lamp by end of week. Didn't get till the next week. Shade has to be put together and feels cheap. Base was nice, but when I put whole lamp together and swung the arm out, lamp fell over! Arranged for courier return which happened am still waiting for my refund though. Staff at Iconic Lights all been pleasant and had prompt responses, hopefully full refund is in process.”
