“I realise I didn't pay a huge amount for this floor lamp but the shade is really not acceptable . My friend came yesterday to "try with me to get it together to look better "but she did no better than me .....and I'm the expert at flat pack !!! the gold insert is puckered , doesn't fit smooth . It wasn't stated it was cardboard and in strips to be put together . Very disappointed with my purchase . If I hadn't thrown the lacking away it would have bee not sent back”
“Completely mis-sold online. The lamp comes as Two pieces of material that you have to stick together and Two rings that you roll the material onto. It’s basically make your own lamp. The lamp stand is also tricky to put together with excess cable to sort out and tiny screws that hold the sections together. The range Online description made no mention of the assembly and the instructions are useless. it took two of us over an hour and three attempts to put the lamp and stand together and it’s by no means perfect.....”
