“I had read a few negative reviews on this product but was hopeful they were subjective to that individual. Unfortunately the product was scratched and slightly chipped on opening, the assembly instructions for the lampshade are minimal and unclear and the finish is untidy, particularly as the inner gold lining does not adhere to the outer shade and when the light is turned on you can see the poor fit.”

“The lamp was delivered later than expected. The stand was easy to construct and seems okay, if not a bit cheap. We were surprised to have to put the lampshade together, with very poor instructions. The materials are very cheap and the interior shade would not fit inside and it all looks a bit shoddy! Would not recommend!”
