“Item arrived and the lamp was smashed up in pieces inside the box. It was wrapped in polystyrene but before I even opened the box I know it was smashed because I could here the broken bits inside the box. I emailed straight away to see about returning the lamp and getting a refund and was told just to dispose of the lamp and I would receive a refund. Good customer service.”
