“Unfortunately the lamp arrived damaged.. I emailed Iconics straight away( as per their rule) that was three days ago and all I have received is an automatic email saying that customer service will contact me asap .. I'm still waiting!”

“Nothing particularly wrong with the lamp apart from the fact I have had to order a separate part so the lamp shade will actually fit as it’s too big. Disappointed as you don’t get told that on the website. Overall the lamp is ok but just a shame we’re having to wait for it to look right.”
